Get ready for a fantastically uplifting experience on Sunday, May 4. Men in Harmony will present one of their outstanding concerts at Emmanuel UCC beginning at 4:00 pm. This men’s group is committed to spreading the Gospel through a variety of spirited musical selections ranging from inspirational hymns to traditional songs of faith as well as contemporary Christian music, presented in fresh, captivating settings. As they travel throughout the region, the members share with audiences not only their vocal talent but instrumental abilities and heartfelt testimony of their lives as Christian men.
“The uniqueness of our group is not simply the sound we produce, but it is our diversity in background, age, theology and experience. We represent more than nine denominations, span in age from the thirties to the eighties, and yet come together on the singular unity of Christ Jesus our Lord. We encourage and welcome all male vocalists with a commitment to a Christian life to sing with us,” says Rev. Nathan C. Minnich, director of the group. There is no charge for this concert, just a free-will offering to help with the group’s expenses. Pass the word to all your family, friends and neighbors –this is a concert not to be missed! The music and testimony of Men in Harmony is a great opportunity to renew your faith and deepen your love of God as you experience the ministry of this choral group dedicated to the spirit of God.
