IRISH DANCERS PERFORM AT ST. JUDE’S

IRISH DANCERS PERFORM AT ST. JUDE’S-It was a special treat for the first grade students at St. Jude School when the Kerry Dancers, under the direction of Nancy Nealon Carlo, came to perform during their Christmas in Europe celebration. The students had been learning about many of the European holiday traditions including those of Ireland. The dancers performed slip jigs, the traditional horn pipe dance, a double ribbon dance, and a hard shoe dance to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Shown, front from left: Allison Van Pelt, Audrey Shebelock, Madeline Krupa, and Ella Novelli. Back: Betsy Macko, Bridget Manley, Ariel Weidler, Anna Macko, Jill Kost, and Rachel Gill.
