LCCC ART DEPARTMENT COLLECTS ART SUPPLIES FOR CHILDREN-The Luzerne County Community College communication arts department recently held an art supplies donation drive to benefit children in need. LCCC students, staff, and faculty were asked to donate paint sets, crayons, and other gifts to be presented at a Christmas celebration at Camp Orchard Hill for children from Sherman Hills, Interfaith Heights, and Schooley Avenue Apartments. The collection was part of a larger gift drive sponsored by CrossWalk, Camp Orchard Hill, Wilkes-Barre Aglow Lighthouse, and local churches.
