Stacey Acri, Esquire will conduct the program “Essential Documents Everyone Should Have” at the Marian Sutherland Kirby Library on Wednesday, September 18 at 6:30 p. m. This program is geared towards helping individuals understand the basics of estate planning. Participants will learn about the documents that are necessary to protect one’s family and property in the event of death or becoming incapacitated. The specific documents discussed will include Last Will and Testament, Health Care Directive and Financial Power of Attorney.
Stacey Acri is a graduate of Penn State and has been practicing law for 14 years, over 7 of which were spent serving as a Judge Advocate General for the U. S. Navy. She currently works at Acri Law Offices in Wilkes-Barre assisting clients with family law needs, Social Security and Disability claims, and estate planning preparation and administration. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
