ST. JUDE’S STUDENTS LEARN ABOUT MEMORIAL DAY

ST. JUDE’S STUDENTS LEARN ABOUT MEMORIAL DAY-The three-year-old students at St. Jude School have been talking about the real meaning of Memorial Day, so that they understand that it is not just a day off for picnics. They learned about how on the last Monday of May, we take time to remember all of the men and women who died while protecting the freedoms we enjoy in our country. In order to honor those people, the students made a star mobile out of red, white, and blue, representing the colors of the United States flag. Silver glitter was added for a special effect.
