CRESTWOOD ART STUDENTS: Crestwood High School Art Teacher, Amy Brozena, would like to recognize students who placed at the recent Art Youth Expo (AYE) sponsored by the Hazleton Art League. From left: Shannon Harris, Honorable Mention for her acrylic painting, “Juicy Fruit”; Paige Martin, Runner-up for  Best of Show for  her pen and ink drawing “Click”; Robert Sarluca, Honorable Mention for his AYE Mascot Design; Kayla Ruda won the “Best Abstract” Teen Award, Angelina Rovinski won the “Most Emotionally Compelling” Teen Award, Amber Baab received an Honorable Mention for her charcoal piece and Katelynn Hoffmann won the “Best Use of Materials” Teen Award for her clay bird nest. Not pictured: Kelci Piavis. Kelci’s mascot design was selected as the winner of the mascot design contest and will be used for future AYE competitions.
