Mountain Top Garden Club

The Mountain Top Garden Club will meet on Tuesday, October 10th at 6:30 p. m. at the Rice Township municipal building. The meeting will feature a presentation by two Garden Club members on honey bees and mason bees. Jo Robbins is a Master Gardener and the president of the Butler Township Community Garden. Sherry Grenzberg, of Mountain Top, has over 9 years of experience as a bee keeper. Please join us learn how honey bees and mason bees help our environment and our gardens. Rice Elementary PTA Meeting

The Rice Elementary PTA will host their monthly meeting on Tuesday October 10th at 6 p. m. in the school’s library. All parents, grandparents, and guardians are encouraged to attend the meeting to learn about the upcoming events at the school. Babysitting will be available. PTSA’s At Crestwood H. S.

PSAT’s will be given at Crestwood High School on October 14th at 7:30 am. Crestwood sophomores and juniors, including cyber and homeschooled students in the district, can register at the Guidance Office until October 11th. A fee of $22 is payable at the time of registration. Checks can be made out to Crestwood School District.

Fairview PTA Meeting

The Fairview Elementary PTA will be having our monthly meeting on Thursday, October 12th at 6 pm in the school’s library. All parents/grandparents/guardians of Fairview Elementary students are encouraged to attend the meeting to learn about upcoming events at the school. Babysitting will be provided.

LuLaRoe Fundraiser

The Women’s Boutique and Consignments, 12 N. Mountain Blvd., Mountaintop, will be hosting a LuLaRoe fundraiser by consultant Amanda Crouse benefiting the Wright Township Dog Park on Saturday, October 14 from 11 a. m. to 3 p. m. For every item sold during this event, $5 will be donated to the Dog Park Fund. Come on out and see the amazing products available, including those buttery soft leggings, and shop for a cause.

Public Rosary Rally

Please join the 2017 Public Square Rosary Rally. Our nation needs repentance and conversion in the historic year of the Fatima Centennial (1917-2017). Slocum Fire Co. Chicken BBQ

Slocum Twp Vol. Fire Co will be having a Chicken BBQ take out only for $9 at their fire hall. 1923 Slocum Rd, Wapwallopen, on Oct 15th, 2017 From 11am to 2 pm. Crestwood High School Senior Lock-In only meeting will be held on October 16, 2017 at 6:30pm at the Ice House. Parents of juniors and seniors are invited to attend!
