Jacqueline “Jackie” Ann Wilkinson, 53, White Haven, died peacefully at home on June 30 2017, surrounded by her pets and family.
Jacqueline was born in Wilkes-Barre on Aug. 30, 1963, and was a life resident of White Haven. After the death of her first husband, Steven Koch, of Mountain Top; she married Marc Lee Wilkinson, 57, also of White Haven, on July 20, 1985. They were happily married with three children, Steven K. Koch, Jr., 34, Zachariah Lee Wilkinson, 30, and Austin Lee Wilkinson, 24.
Jacqueline had a very busy home life, where she enjoyed spending her free time feeding her trout in the pond, gardening, but especially hunting and fishing with her boys, her grandchildren, Larae Whatmore,, Jeremy Wilkinson, and her husband.
She received a Medal of Valor in 2011 from the DOC, where she was a dental assistant, for her heroism in helping an injured motorist.
Jacqueline was a loving mother and devoted wife, who will be forever missed. Jacqueline’s family wishes to thank everyone who supported her during her battle with cancer and will forever be grateful for the burdens carried by all her supporting friends.
