Emmanuel United Church of Christ would like to congratulate and shower the following with love and support as they continue in their quest to know who God is and what that means in their lives. Congratulations to Leah Dietrich, Morgan Hodle, Samantha Kotarsky, Brooke Rinehimer, Kelsey Rinehimer, Kiersten Whitmire, as they were confirmed in Christ on June 4th 2017.
During the summer months, the choirs at Emmanuel take a break. We then look to other talented members of our church who are willing to provide musical ministry for our Worship Services. We ask our members, some of whom may have obligations which do not allow them to participate in the choir on a regular basis, to volunteer to sing or play music during the Worship Service. It is always refreshing -and sometimes surprising -to discover who has musical ability. Whoever it is and whatever they do, we always enjoy the variety that this season brings to our worship experience. Anyone wishing to perform special music is asked to see Denise Dean and she will add you to the summer schedule.
Sunday worship service is at 10:30 am and is led by Pastor Lou Aita. We welcome visitors and friends to join us for worship every Sunday.
