St. Paul’s Plans Father’s Day Continental Breakfast

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Sunday Worship Services are conducted at 8:30 and 11am. Sunday Church School 9:30 am Communion will be offered June 18th.

Father’s Day Continental Breakfast is scheduled Sunday, June 18th at 9:30 a. m. Join us following the 1st service for a continental breakfast honoring the men of our congregation. Nothing fancy, just an opportunity to gather for fellowship between services.

A Blood Drive St Paul’s is scheduled Wednesday June 14th, 2017 from 1 pm -5 pm Come out and donate and save a life.

A meeting regarding the Fireworks Display will be held June 18th between services, there will be a meeting for persons interested in helping at the fireworks displace scheduled for Monday July 3rd. For those of you who are new members, St. Paul’s lawn turns into a perfect viewing place to watch the fireworks being shot off from Wright Twp. Park. Church members have a lot of fund selling food and trinkets

Bear Creek Camp’s residential program, for all children who have completed grades 1 -12, is a traditional camp program centered on spiritual growth, outdoor living and small group development. Each age group experiences a mix of small-group and all-camp activities throughout their week to meet their group’s spiritual, social and developmental needs. The next WELCA will meet on Wednesday June 14th 12:30 Lois Yeager will hostess. The group will go & play bingo at the nursing home and bring gifts. Board Game Day is third Wednesday, at 1:00 pm. at the church will be board game day. Please bring your favorite game and a snack to share. Come on out and have some fun.

Please remember that the first Sunday of each month has been declared Food Bank Day and we ask that members remember those less fortunate by bringing non-perishable food items in order to keep up with the demand for food. Items needed: Coffee, Peanut Butter, jelly, ketchup, dry soup, pudding and Jell-O mixes, and popcorn, pork & beans, canned tomatoes, canned soup, mustard, mayonnaise, tuna, macaroni & cheese and pasta (ex. Spaghetti), peas, canned pasta, and noodles.

The following weekly meetings are scheduled: Stress and Anxiety Management the 2nd and last Tuesdays of the month at 6:30pm; NA meetings Thursdays at 6; AA meetings Wednesday and Friday at 7pm and Sundays at 7pm; and Weight Watchers Wednesday at 6:15pm
