Vacation Bible School at St. Jude’s will run June 19 through June 23 from 9 a. m. until noon each day. The registration deadline is June 5. Students from three years old to fifth grade are welcome. Painting days for Vacation Bible School will be Wednesday, May 17 from 3 p. m. until 5 p. m. in the school gym and Wednesday, May 19 from 3 p. m. until 6 p. m. in the school cafeteria. Volunteers are welcome to come for the whole time or just an hour. Art skills are not needed.
Classes will soon begin for the Diocesan Religious Award called “The Family of God”. This award is for third grade boys and girls. They will meet approximately six times and the medals will be awarded in June during Mass at St. Jude Church. Anyone who is interested in signing up their child to work on this medal, or if you have any questions, please call the Parish Office and leave your name and phone number.
The next Teen Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, May 21 at 6 p. m. followed by teen night with food, games, and open gym.
Parishioners are invited to come out and lend their voices to the beautiful celebration which is being planned for the dedication of the new church. This is a unique opportunity to participate in something very special. Rehearsals will be on Wednesdays from 7 p. m. until 8:30 p. m. in the church, except for May 31. Anyone in grade 8 through adult is welcome. A few rehearsals will also take place in the summer months. Please call Joe Dubinski at the Parish Office for any further information.
Everyone is invited to mark their calendars for the International Fest to be held Saturday, June 3 from 4 p. m. until 11 pm. and Sunday, June 4 from noon until 9 p. m.

Basket donations are needed for the International Fest. The committee has some ideas for “International” themed baskets. All you do is provide the items for the basket. Baskets and wrapping materials will be provided. Basket donations may be dropped off at the Parish Office during regular business hours. The following items era needed for the Mountain Top Food Bank: boxed soup mix instead of Ramen noodles, noodles, cream soups, baked beans, jelly, peanut butter, popcorn, canned fruit, tuna, mayonnaise, pudding, jello, sugar, and coffee.
