All the faithful of the diocese are invited to attend the Chrism Mass at St. Peter’s Cathedral in Scranton on Tuesday, April 11 at 4 p. m. The priests will renew their priestly promises before the bishop, and the oils to be used for Baptism, Confirmation, Anointing of the Sick, and Holy Orders will be blessed. On Tuesdays during Lent from 7 p. m. until 8:15 p. m., high school students are invited to pray and reflect and learn from Jesus. Sessions will continue April 11. Figure out what to fast from –fear, excuses, worry, the need to please everyone. Registration is not required. Invite a friend. Meetings will be in the music room of the school.
Living Stations of the Cross will be held Good Friday, April 14, beginning at 7 p. m. in St. Jude Church. Parishioners are invited to experience the stations like never before. The youth of the parish will bring scripture to life.

Bulk candy is needed for the annual St. Jude Easter Egg Hunt. Candy may be dropped off now through April 19 at the Parish Office. Peanut free candy only please! Candy should be able to fit inside plastic Easter eggs.
Volunteers are needed on Wednesday, April 19 from 4 p. m. until 5:30 p. m. to stuff Easter eggs for the annual hunt. This is a great way to earn service hours. The Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Sunday, April 23 at 11:45 a. m. in the school gym/playground. Children ages 0 to 10 are welcome. Young adults (fifth grade and up) and adults are needed to help. The hunt is free to enter. A collection for the Mountain Top Food Pantry will be available at the door.
