League, and the Mountaintop Youth Soccer Association with the provision that the groups cooperate on the scheduling and also provide proof of insurance.

A donation was rapidly okayed to the Crestwood Senior Lock In. Secretary-Treasurer Patricia Davis reminded that they have contributed $250 in past years, and it was approved.

Another donation was denied however, with the request from the Mountaintop Little League for a contribution to maintenance of a grass in-field at the Alberdeen Road complex. Zane noted that they have rejected such requests in the past, “We denied it because we do a lot here with the upkeep of these fields.” He said that the township’s field are used constantly during the season and the whole cost of that maintenance falls on the township. Vice Chair Bill Wengrzynek and Supervisor Kevin Gallagher agreed with the denial.

The supervisors are still seeking substitute recycling attendants at a rate of $8.75 per hour. Volunteers are being sought for a vacancy on the Zoning Hearing Board and anyone interested in either position should contact the secretary.

The next meeting will take place on Mon., Mar. 13th at 7 pm.
