CONSERVATION EDUCATOR VISITS ST. JUDE’S-The St. Jude School Parent Teacher Guild recently sponsored an enrichment program to help the students learn about wildlife and develop positive attitudes and curiosity about nature and conservation. Miranda Clark, program coordinator from the Lehigh Valley Zoo, brought several animals from the zoo including a ground hog, a tarantula, a hog-nosed snake, and more, and talked about diet and habitats. Her goal is to inspire a love of nature by exposing students to a variety of animals. She explained how all creatures have a purpose through the system of checks and balances in nature.
