The 10th Annual Lessons and Carols Concert will be held Sunday, December 18 at 4:30 p. m. in the church. The concert tells the story of salvation history in Christ and features the Music Ministry and Christmas Pageant, guest instrumentalists, and a light reception to follow in the school cafeteria. All parishioners are invited to a special afternoon of Scripture and song.
Bakers of St. Jude Parish are needed for the 1st Annual Cookie Walk. The Youth Ministry is asking that when baking cookies for Christmas, to please bake an extra batch that can be sold at the Cookie Walk. The 1st Annual Cookie Walk to benefit the students attending the March for Life will be held Saturday, December 17 from 10 a. m. until 2 p. m. At a Cookie Walk there are many different varieties of homemade cookies, baked by parishioners and friends. You walk through the cafeteria and pick the cookies you want. Cookies are $5 per container. Poppy seed and nut roll made by Simply Delicious Bakery and beautiful Christmas cupcakes by MAG Cakery will also be available.
The parish will have confessions and Exposition on December 19 from 7 p. m. until 8 p. m.
Oplatki (Christmas Wafers) are available. They are located by the Baptismal font. The suggested donation is $3.
St. Mary’s in Dorrance will have an Advent Evening of Reconciliation on Tuesday, December 20 from 6 p. m. until 7 p. m. in the church.
There will not be any gift card sales in church the weekend of Christmas, December 24 and 25. The deadline for Building Bucks express orders for Christmas is Monday, December 19 by 10 a. m. Orders must be picked up in the Parish Office by Thursday, December 22 no later than noon.
All St. Jude Church contributions are 2016 must be received or postmarked by December 31, 2016, in order for tax deductible contributions to show on your 2016 statement. Use of the envelope system

for the Mountain Top Food Bank: boxed soup mix instead of Ramon noodles, noodles, cream soups, baked beans, jelly, peanut butter, canned fruit, tuna, mayonnaise, pudding, jello, sugar, hot chocolate, and coffee. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
