The Luzerne County Community College Pastry Arts Club will hold the annual gingerbread houses display at the College’s Joseph A. Paglianite Culinary Institute.
A winter open house featuring the gingerbread houses display will be held on Saturday, December 3, from 5 to 7 p. m., at the Joseph A. Paglianite Culinary Institute. The event will include refreshments, holiday music, a holiday basket raffle, a visit from Santa, and a gingerbread cookie station for children to decorate their own cookies to take home. A Toys for Tots collection will be held as part of the open house. Donations are appreciated but not mandatory. The open house is free and open to the public.
The houses will be on display from Monday, December 5 through Friday, December 9, from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. and from Monday, December 12 through Wednesday, December 14, from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m.
Visitors to the display will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite house. The display is free and open to the public.
