Phillip E. Crawford, 73, Wilkes-Barre, formerly of Moutain Top, died Oct. 14, 2016, at the Golden Living Care, Summit, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Wilkes-Barre in 1943, he was the son of the late Roy Stephen and Anna (Nagle) Crawford. He attended Crestwood High School and earned a degree from Luzerne County Community College. Phillip was also a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He was employed by American Can Company as a mechanical engineer in the graphics department, Ticket Master, Northeast Region, and was a Pennsylvania Constable, Wilkes-Barre. He belonged to the American Legion of Nuangola.
Also preceding him in death were his beloved wife, Karen (Raeder) Crawford, in 2014; and brother, James Crawford.
Surviving are his daughters, Karen Franklin and husband, John, Centermoreland; Lynne Greene and husband, Mark, Richmond, Virginia; and Lesley Crawford DiPinto, Rochester, New York; grandchildren, Keri and Derik Franklin, Stephen and Morgan Cox, and Ryleigh DiPinto; brothers, Charles Crawford, and Roy Crawford (Linda); sisters, Charlotte Kordek (Ed), Elizabeth Gobla (Robert), Anne Crawford and Lenore Warman; numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held in the Albert Cemetery, Church Road, Mountain Top.
