It’s Turkey time again! Our annual fall Turkey Supper will be served from 3 to 7 pm on Saturday, October 15. Come fill up on tasty turkey and all the trimmings. Our supper is served family-style with all the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, pickled cabbage, cranberry sauce and bread you can eat. But remember to save space for a piece of homemade dessert. Ticket prices are $10.00 for adults, $4.00 for children age 6 to 11; children 5 and under for free; or $10.00 for a well-portioned take-out. If you would like to reserve tickets for the meal, please call the Church Office at 868-5675. Tickets will be available for sale at the door. Come hungry.
Sunday School will hold a Bake Sale during the Turkey Supper on October 15. If you are able to create some yummy cupcakes, candy, cakes and such for our kids to sell, please drop them off in the narthex the morning of the supper (we’ll need time to package and price them). This is our main fundraiser and your support in making and buying these goodies helps us pay for our Sunday School materials.
Sunday mornings at 9:15 am is Sunday School for ages 3 through 6th grade. We have a great program based on our Hands On Bibles. We’ll have fun making crafts, playing games, and solving puzzles which help us understand the stories in our Hands On Bibles. Join us as we learn about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
Teen Talk is for anyone in 7th grade and above. They meet on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am to talk about God and Jesus, how our lives are influenced by them and how we can be an influence to others around us. There are so many things that try to manipulate us away from God. Come to Teen Talk and find other teens who want to make their faith stronger and be better at dealing with ideas that pull us away from being Christians.
Sunday worship service is at 10:30 am and is led by Rev. Craig Stout, our Interim Pastor. We welcome visitors and friends to join us for worship every Sunday.
