ST. JOHN BOSCO VOLUNTEERS-On August 13 at St. John Bosco Church in Conyngham, over 10,000 meals were packaged in 58 minutes for Stop Hunger Now. The meals will be distributed to schools worldwide. Stop Hunger Now gets food and life-saving aid to the world’s most vulnerable people, and works to end global hunger in our lifetime. Established in 1998, Stop Hunger Now has provided over 225 million meals in 74 countries. The program is based in Raleigh, N. C., and operates throughout the U. S. and through affiliates in developing countries. 87.9% of the total expenses fund meal programs. Shown are volunteers at St. John Bosco.
