Local Residents On Dean’s List

Taylor Engel of Mountaintop, has been named to the Dean’s List at Paul Smith’s College for the spring 2016 semester. Engel, who is majoring in culinary arts and service management, earned a semester average of 3.3 or higher to receive this distinction.

At Paul Smith’s College, it’s about the experience. Paul Smith’s College is the only four-year institution of higher education in the Adirondacks. Programs fields include hospitality, culinary arts, forestry, natural resources, entrepreneurship and the sciences.

junior majoring in management, from Mountaintop, was among approximately 1,940 students at Coastal Carolina University who made the Spring 2016 Dean’s List.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, freshmen must earn a 3.25 grade point average, and upperclassmen must earn a 3.5 grade point average. To qualify for the President’s List, students must earn a 4.0 grade point average. All students must beenrolled full time.
