Mountaintop/White Haven Area Residents Named To MMI Honor Roll, President’s List

MMI Preparatory School Head of School Thomas G. Hood has announced the names of students who achieved Honor Roll status during the second quarter of the 2015-2016 school year.

The Honor Roll recognizes sound academic performance each quarter. To earn a place on the Honor Roll, a student must have a cumulative average in all core subjects of 85, have attained an average of 70 or better in each course, have no “incompletes” at the end of the nine-week grading period, be enrolled in a complete schedule of courses and have a satisfactory citizenship record.

The President’s List recognizes sound academic performance each quarter. To earn a place on the President’s List, a student must have a cumulative average in all core subjects of 85.0, have attained an average of 70.0 or better in each course, have no “incompletes” at the end of the semester, be enrolled in a complete schedule of courses and have a satisfactory citizenship record.

The following Mountaintop/White Haven area students have earned Honor Roll recognition and the President’s List for the second quarter of the 2015-2016 school year:

Sixth Grade: Alistair Plotnick, William Smith, Connor Spencer, Morgan Strecker, Nathan Thayer, and Benjamin Zhao.

Seventh Grade: Hunter Blasko, Lindsay Braunstein, James Kelly, Dominique Kline, Sydney Kohl, Noah Long, Maria Olson, Emily Ryan, Ethan Stine, and Ella Urosevich.

Eighth Grade: Emily Ankiewicz, Philip Byriel, Catherine Havrilla, Paige Machulsky, Carly Pennington, Adam Tron, and Abbey Walters.
