ST. JUDE STUDENTS CREATE HABITATS

ST. JUDE STUDENTS CREATE HABITATS-As part of their science unit on animals, the first grade students at St. Jude School created either a diorama or poster on the animal of their choice. They determined whether the animal was an amphibian, invertebrate, bird, mammal, reptile, or insect. Their report was to reflect their research including where the animal lives, what it eats, what the males, females and babies are called, what a group of the animals is called, and three interesting facts about the animal. The student choices featured frogs, pigs, Bengal tigers, sword fish, polar bears, foxes, peacocks, hyenas, deer, black bears, and more.
