Michael J. Mulderig, 52, Potomac, Md., died in Suburban Hospital, Bethesda, Md., on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, as the result of an accidental injury.
Michael was the son of the late Attorney Frank W. Mulderig and Teresa Schirra Mulderig.
Michael was a graduate of St. Jude’s School, Mountain Top, and Bishop Hoban High School, Wilkes-Barre. He received his degree in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
After Michael’s marriage to Holly Winzler, the couple relocated to Potomac, where Michael held the position of vice president of wine buying for Total Wine and More. For the last two years, he was an independent consultant for the consumer package goods industry.
Besides his wife and mother, Michael is survived by his children, Clare, 12, and Timothy, 10, at home; his sisters, Kate Tollinger and Molly Mulderig, Mountain Top; nephew, Keelan Tollinger, and niece, Erin Tollinger, Mountain Top.
Arrangements were entrusted to McCune Funeral Service, 80 S. Mountain Blvd., Mountain Top. A scholarship fund has been
