LCCC LITERARY ARTS SOCIETY HOLDS ANNUAL VETERANS’ DAY PROGRAM-The Luzerne County Community College Literary Arts Society recently held its annual Veterans’ Day program. This year’s program, designed to honor the nation’s veterans, highlighted the National Guard. The program included the presentation of the colors by Battery B First Battalion 109th Field Artillery. Speakers included LCCC President Thomas P. Leary and Captain Cliff Morales, Operations Officer, PAArmy National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The LCCC Broadcast Communication Department also presented a video produced by students. In conjunction with the annual program, the College also held a veterans information night.
