Services are held at 8:30 a. m. and 11:00 a. m. Sunday Church School is scheduled at 9:30 a. m. An Adult Gathering is held at 9:30 a. m.
A Healing Service will be held December 2 at 11:00 am with potluck luncheon
Thanksgiving Community Service is scheduled Tuesday, November 24th
Services will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Mountain Top at 7 p. m.
Communion will be offered November 29th.
An invitation to all of you to experience a special exhibit at the Franklin Institute “Splendors of the Vatican,” The exhibit includes over 200 pieces of art that have been removed from the Vatican for view.
The bus trip is scheduled for Thursday, November 19th at 12:30-home by 9 p. m. The cost for adults has been set at $55; youth $37. That includes transportation, and admission to both events. Checks should be made out to St. Paul’s. There are currently several seats available. The trip is open to anyone who would like to take advantage of this offer. Please call the church office and reserve your seat.
The Woman’s Club of Mountain Top, a long-time supporter of the Mountain Top Medical Clinic and the Mountain Top Food Bank, is having a Craft Auction on Sunday, November 15th at 2 p. m. The auction will be held at St. Paul’s and the doors open at 1:30.
Once again, Catholic Social Services is asking that we help make Christmas a little brighter for families in need. The cards with the children’s wishes will be available starting on November 22nd. These are only suggestions, you don’t have to buy all the items on the card. Please remember the gifts should be in the range of $25.00, and should be returned with the card and UNWRAPPED in a bag. Bible Study continues every Thursday evening at 6 as we continue to study Max Lucado’s, The Story.
Every Monday afternoon at 2 p. m., we gather at Wright Manor in hopes of completing the New Testament. We have completed the Book of Titus and continue to move forward. Feel free to join us!
Every third Wednesday, at 1 p. m. at the church will be board game day. Please bring your favorite game and a snack to share. Next game day scheduled November 18th.
Please remember that the first Sunday of each month has been declared “FOOD BANK DAY” and we ask that members remember those less fortunate by bringing nonperishable food items.
