Remembering Veterans

The house I now live in is not my only home The other one is America for which I’ll never roam It was also the home of our fallen heroes who now lie silently in

their graves

Fighting for democracy, it was for us, their lives they gave The home I now live in someday will not be

But my home in America will forever be sweet land of liberty People come from other nations to America where they know

we live in peace

They leave behind them their homes where wars never cease The last home I will live in will be in heaven above Where I will rest eternally with God in peace and all his love By Kay Baluta
