Holy Redeemer Musical

HOLY REDEEMER MUSICAL NOV. 13 & 14-Holy Redeemer High School will present the musical “Once Upon a Mattress” November 13 and 14, at 7:00 p. m. in the school’s McCarthy Auditorium. “Once Upon a Mattress” is based on the famous fairy tale “The Princess and the Pea”. Because of her noble birth, the princess is unable to sleep on a bed of many mattresses when a tiny pea is placed underneath the bottom mattress. The kingdom is an unhappy one. The show is directed by Thomas J. Hanlon, assisted by Michael Stofko. Ann Manganiello is musical director, Steven Wise is the stage manager, Lauren Gonzalez is choreographer. Scenery is by art faculty member Linda Johnson, and costumes are being coordinated by Linda Rakauskas. Casey Cryan is the student director. Tickets are $10 for adults, $9 for senior citizens, and $8 for students and are available at the door. Cast members show (foreground) Christopher Berbano.
