The Crestwood boys cross country team went 10-7 during the 2015 season while the girls finished with a record of 8-9.
Coach Robert Moulton relates, “The boys team record is very impressive record as we have lots of sophomores and other team members who have a lot of potential to improve over the next couple years. The young group led by a few seniors impressed me this season.”
Moulton adds, “The girls have a new team with lots of new and younger runners, but worked hard as a group to finish with a good record. They have worked hard and guided many junior high runners in hopes of re-building the program for a successful future.”
Clay Kimsal was a top runner for the boys varsity team, medaling with a 20th at the Cliff Robbins Invitational, 19th at the Bloomsburg Invitational, and 26th at the Coaches Invitational. Other top boys runners included Justin Glowacki, Chase Riccio, Brandon Andes, and Jake Swartwood.
Top girl runners included Ashley Paranich, Stephanie Thorpe, Sydney Cantwell, Kate Sklarosky, and Betsy Scanlan.
Congratulations on a great season!
