Sunday School Resumes Sept. 13 At Emmanuel UCC

September 13 will be Rally Day and the beginning of our Sunday School season. We have a great time planned which will be centered around the children and youth. They will participate in our worship service, bringing their enthusiasm for God and Jesus. Their theme will be “Who is this guy?” Many times Jesus performed miracles or taught people about God. Afterward, people would ask each other just who Jesus was and where did he get his understanding and authority regarding God’s Word. Our children will give us answers with their songs. After worship we will continue celebrating with a picnic, games and a bounce house! Come and bring all your friends to celebrate and find out “Who is this guy?” We’ve got the answers!!

Teen Talk at Emmanuel UCC is for anyone in 6th grade and above. We meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am to talk about God and Jesus, how our lives are influenced by them and how we can be an influence to others around us. There are so many things that try to manipulate us away from God. Come to Teen Talk and find other teens who want to make their faith stronger and become better at dealing with ideas and things that pull us away from being Christians. Our first meeting will be on September 20 at 9:00 am.

Sunday worship service is at 10:30 am. Come, join us for worship this Sunday. We welcome everyone into our Father’s house.
