Family Of Rebecca Renninger Thanks Concert Supporters

Dear Editor:

The family of Rebecca Lynne Renninger would like to thank the following people for making the sixth “Concert for Rebecca-Stop Domestic Violence Now” a great success! A total of $2,000 was donated with ALL money being equally divided between Domestic Violence Service Center and Victims Resource Center.

This would not have been possible without the help from the following people: King’s La Cantina for hosting the event for four consecutive years, Don Shappelle & The PickUps Band and John Lukas/Lenny Kishel providing great live music, Tammy Rodgers and pat Rushton for their educational speaking, Stephanie Grubert/Mountaintop Eagle for a beautiful ad, Mayellen Aton/ Mountian Peaks, Sandra Serhan and Pat Rushton/ The Citizens Voice, The White haven Journal/Ruth & Seth Isenberg, The Times Leader, Caludia Strycharz, Dt. Don & Debbie Stone, Pastor Michelle Kauffman, St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Kate Button/Button Oil Company, Joe & Pam Yuscavage/Triangle Pharmacy, A&R Supply, Carone’s Market, The Ice House Pub, Wychocks Beverage, Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club, Wheels Bar & Grill, Jeff & Mary Harrison, Jim & Roberta Mohr, Joe & Rochelle Boyle, Cindy Haage, Rachel O’Brien, Chalet Restaurant, Subway, Don & Brigid Shappelle, Lloyd and Jen Harrison, Kurt & Lisa Rebovich, Tom & Elizabeth Griswold, Thrivent Financial Services, Bergers, Linda Kokinda, and Tom Renninger.

Thank you to all the people who attended this event.

There will never be an admission fee for the concert because it is not about the money being raised, but creating educational awareness for women in abusive relationships to seek help before it is too late.

Sincerely, Terry, Teresa, Michelle and Timmy Renninger.
