Mountaintop Family Church Slates Family Hike Sept. 12

Mountaintop Family Church is thankful for the wonderful weekend we enjoyed with our community at the Community Summer Fun Fest. To the many, many people that helped prepare the picnic grounds, donate prizes, make food, and serve at the fun fest: THANK YOU!! To the thousands who came to enjoy what has lovingly become known as the “Quarter Bazaar” we hope you and your family had a wonderful time. Many people ask why do we do everything for 25 cents? The answer is simple: We want to be a blessing to families in our community so we enjoy this opportunity to provide an inexpensive night out at the end of the summer. We LOVE seeing families having fun together at the Fun Fest!

MFC invites families to church on Sundays during our 9am or 10:30am contemporary services. Come a few minutes early for a continental breakfast with coffee, tea, bagels, and danishes. KidsTown Children’s Ministries takes place during both services for children 8 weeks old through 6th grade. Our certified KidsTown staff provides a safe environment for children to grow in their relationships with God and with others.

A Family Hike will be held at Seven Tubs Nature Area in Bear Creek on Saturday, September 12th. We will meet at the church at 9:30am and return at 1:00pm. Pack a lunch and drinks to take along the hike. The recommended age for this hike is seven and older and all hikers should be in good physical condition. Contact the church or sign up at the information table if you would like to attend.
