Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia

Richard Michael Seiwell, 20, 1633 Alberdeen Road, Mountaintop, was charged with Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Charges were filed on August 20, 2015 by Ptlm. Paulshock of the Wright Township Police Department.

According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, on Friday, July 24, 2015 at approximately 9:51 p. m., Ptlm. Paulshock responded to 201 Nuangola Road, Wright Township, for an unresponsive 19 year old male. Upon arrival, the male was identified as 20 year old Richard M. Seiwell. EMS was already on scene providing care to Seiwell.

Ptlm. Paulshock spoke to his grandmother, Mrs. Kashuba. She stated that Seiwell finished his court mandated classes earlier that day and then went to work. She stated that he came home from work around 9 p. m. and went to his bedroom located by the front door. Seiwell’s 9 year old brother found him lying on his bed a short time later. Mrs. Kashuba stated he was sweaty and clammy and his eyes were rolled back in his head.

While assisting EMS, Ptlm. Paulshock found a black case with a zipper containing two hypodermic needles on the bed near Seiwell. EMS administered Narcon to Seiwell which he responded to and then transported to the hospital.

The case and needles were taken and entered into evidence.

A preliminary hearing will be scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Swank.
