Memorial Service ScheduledAt St. Martin’s

The Mission Statement of St. Martin In The Fields Church is “Serving Through Faith, Praise and Good Works”.

Every month on the 4th Sunday the 10 a. m. Holy Eucharist will include a Healing Service. This month, the 4th Sunday in May is the 24th. Please join us for this very moving ceremony.

On May 24th St. Martin in the Fields will also have a special Memorial Ceremony at 11 a. m., following Holy Eucharist where we will honor our fallen heroes.

The American Legion Post 781 will conduct this very moving service. Please join us to honor those that have fought to save our nation.

Looking for some bargains in reading material? Stock up for your summer reading at St. Martin’s Book Nook sales. Starting on May 23rd the Nook will be open from 10 a. m. to 2 p. m. every other Saturday for the rest of the spring and summer. There are books for children and adults. Prices range from 50 cents to $2, with half credit for trade-ins. There is a free book section.

You are sure to find just the book for that lazy day at the beach or the hammock in your back yard. There are close to a thousand books to peruse, something for everyone.

Have you thought that you might like to give painting a try? We have something that might interest you. Professional artist, Robert Kray will be holding painting classes at St. Martin’s starting May 21st from 7 to 9 p. m. for 14 weeks.
