Free Electronic Recycling Collections June 6 And 13

Luzerne County Solid Waste Management is holding a Free Electronic Recycling Collections on June 6, 2015 at the Butler Township Fire Hall and June 13, 2015 at the Hanover Area Junior Senior High School from 9 a. m. to 3 p. m. Each collection is a one-day drop off and open to all residents of Luzerne County. (Any items that are brought in pieces or broken apart will be refused.)

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS include: Answering Machine, CD Players, Camcorders, Cameras, Cell Phones, Cordless Phones, Copiers, DVD Players, Duplicators, Fax Machines, Gameboy, Hard Drives, Heaters, Lapt ops, Mainframe Computer Equipment, Microwaves, MP#3 Players, Modems, Nintendo, Notebooks, Paper Shredders, Pagers, Personal Computer (CPU, monitor, keyboard, mouse, peripherals), Play Station, Printers, Printed Circuit Boards, Radios, Remote Controls, Tape Players, Satellite Receivers, Scanners, Servers, Stereos, Televisions, Telephones, Testing Equipment, Transparency Makers, Typewriters, (UPS) Uninterrupted power supply systems, VCR’s, Video Games, VHS Tapes, Wii, Word Processors, X-Box
