Pork And Sauerkraut Dinner Plans UnderwayAt St. Martin’s

January 31th is the Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner at St. Martin in the Fields Church at 4:00 pm. This is a great feast of roasted fresh pork loin, sauerkraut, homemade mashed potatoes, gravy and applesauce. There will be a really great bake sale featuring pie, cakes, and our famous Welsh cookies.

The St. Martin’s auxiliary will meets on the fourth Sunday of the month after the social hour. The membership is open to all members and friends of the church. This is a very active group. They work extremely hard to help the church financially and spiritually. They bake our famous Welsh Cookies four to five times a year. They were responsible for the food at last years second Annual Kite Festival (their sloppy Joes got rave reviews). They hold a Flea Market and Bake Sale every June and are a tremendous help at the Annual Bazaar and Bake Sale. They decorate the Church for all the seasons. They are currently having Pasty sales every three months.

The Auxiliary is a vital part of St. Martin in the Fields Church and welcomes new members with open arms and an apron. Come see us in action, we will be baking Welsh cookies at 8:00am on January 24th for the bake sale at the Pork and Sauerkraut Dinner.

Every month, on the 4th Sunday the 10:00am Holy Eucharist will include a Healing Service. This month the service will be on January 25th. Please join us for this very moving ceremony.

The church is located at 3083 Church Road, Mountaintop.
