LCCC HOLDS HEALTH SCIENCES OPEN HOUSE-Luzerne County Community College recently held an open house for its health sciences programs at the Francis S. and Mary Gill Carrozza, R. N. Health Sciences Center in downtown Nanticoke. Information regarding the College’s nursing, respiratory therapy, surgical technology, dental assisting, dental hygiene, expanded functions dental assisting, and emergency medical services programs was available. Those in attendance had the opportunity to meet with faculty members to discuss educational and career opportunities, tour the facilities, and witness a mock surgery conducted by the surgical technology department.
