Cornerstone Christian Fellowship rejoices at the ‘Chapel In The Pines’ located at 3577 Church Road [near I81, exit 159]. The church is handicap accessible.

This week’s services are: Wednesday, August 6, a Fellowship meal will be held at 6 pm; and Wednesday, August 13, a Prayer meeting will begin at 7 pm.; and Sunday morning Worship and Guest Speaker is scheduled at 10 am.

Youth Group is taking a break for the summer and will not be meeting on Wednesday evenings, as was typical the rest of the year. Future events and meetings will be announced.

God’s Travelers (Children’s Church) meets during the adult service at 10:45 am for a lesson with games, scripture, and stories. One Sunday a month is “Children’s Sunday” where the kids will stay in the entire adult service and have a short lesson just for them at the front of the sanctuary.

The Nursery opens at10:45 a. m. and is available throughout the Sunday morning message.

Cornerstone Food Pantry is available for anyone in the community that is in need. Pickups are available Sundays after the service (around 11:45 am). We have canned goods and non-perishable items, as well as a large amount of baked goods from Weis markets.

The first Wednesday of every month at 6 pm we have a Fellowship Meal where everyone joins together and brings a “dish to pass.” Join us at our next meal on Wednesday, August 6th!

This summer, there will be prayer meetings on most Wednesday evenings instead of our typical Bible Study. We will also be hosting Out of the Shaker event nights where we go out into our community and pray for Mountaintop! Join us at our next event on Wednesday, August 20th at 6 pm. We will be praying for the Crestwood schools!

Want to know more about our church and meet the congregation? Come to our Annual Church Picnic on Sunday, August 17th. We will have our entire service in the pavilion, followed by a picnic meal.

Mark your calendars for the Annual Fall Festival and Flea Market on Saturday, October 4th. It’s a huge event and everyone is invited. More information to follow.

We encourage you to faithfully attend the church of your choice each week. For further information about Cornerstone, contact Pastor Thomas Miller at 570-678-7231.
