ST. JUDE STUDENTS INTRODUCED TO CRIME SCENE SCIENCE-An interesting enrichment program, sponsored by the Parent Teacher Guild, introduced the students at St. Jude School to the exciting field of crime scene science. The presenter, Jeff Hoge from Mobile Ed Productions, explained the aspects of critical thinking essential in the crime solving field. He also explained how knowledge of biology, physics, and chemistry are vital. Through audience participation, the students solved “The Great Cat Caper” using DNA analysis, casting a footprint, fingerprinting, and restoration of a broken window.
