The Perfect Diet. Is There Only One? will be presented at the Marian Sutherland Kirby Library by Jacki Rydzefski LPN, CHHC, AADP of Fully Well Health Coaching on Wednesday, May 28 at 6:30. This program is the fourth in the Women’s Health Month series.
Jacki will discuss women’s wellness strategies by exploring ways you can change your health in just days. Learn how your food intake affects your mood, appearance, weight and overall health. Topics to be discussed are why you shouldn’t hop on the “diet of the day” bus, your daily sugar intake and the dangers of too much sugar, why smoothies are a great way to start out the day, plant based eating, the effects of stress and what you can do to decrease the ill effects, and keeping your heart healthy. As part of the program, Jacki will demonstrate how to make healthy and delicious smoothies and share a sample to taste.
Jacki has been an LPN for 40 years and received training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her studies included over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts such as Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and Dr. David Katz. Having held a long time love for health, wellness exercise and nutrition, Jacki pursued an education that would best enable her to help others learn how to make changes in their own health and wellness. Jacki works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
