Williamson, 23, 48 W. Maple St, Wilkes Barre, PA on May 5, 2014.

On May 4, 2014 at 10:29 p. m. Officers Wadzin and Benson were pulling out of the Boulevard Car Wash on Route 309 in a marked patrol vehicle, when a white BMW drove South on N. Mountain Blvd past officers at a high rate of speed. Officers got behind the vehicle driving 60 and 65 miles m. p. h. in a posted 40 m. p. h. zone. The offires used their lights and siren and stopped a 1999 White BMW 540i sedan in the area of Rockledge Drive.

The driver, Clarencia Williamson, was advised that she was stopped for speeding. Williamson was unable to produce registration or insurance for the vehicle and did not have a drivers license. The owner of the vehicle was Tomeka Jackson, who stated to police that she did not know Clarencia Williamson and did not give her permission to drive the vehicle. A drivers license check of Williamson showed her license is under suspension. She was then taken into custody by officers and the vehicle was towed by Ayers Towing.

Williams was scheduled for a preliminary hearing on May 14, 2014 before Magistrate District Judge Ron Swank.
