Active Adult Center Menus

The following is the menu for the week of May 5, 2014:

Monday: Tuna salad, sandwich (whole wheat bread), vegetable barley soup, beet salad, crackers, chocolate chocolate chip cookie, sliced apples, margarine, milk, coffee.

Tuesday: Mother’s Day Luncheon-Chicken Florentine, rice pilaf, honey dill glazed baby carrots, tossed salad with Ranch & Italian dressing, sliced Italian bread, lemon filled bundt cake, margarine, milk, coffee.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, gravy, dilled carrots, mashed potatoes, whole wheat dinner roll, cherry banana gelatin, margarine, milk, coffee.

Thursday: Bag lunch.

Friday: Baked ham with fruit sauce, Lima beans, quartered sweet potatoes, whole wheat dinner roll, pineapple crisp,

margarine, milk, coffee.
